More Bad News For Rampage. More Charges To Come?

Quinton Rampage JacksonIt looks like Quinton Jackson’s situation just got worse. Remember the pregnant woman that Quinton hit during his bizarre string of traffic incidents? Well, it looks like she had a miscarriage.

A Huntington Beach woman who was more than 16 weeks pregnant and who police said was injured in a hit-and-run crash with mixed martial artist Quinton “Rampage” Jackson on the 55 Freeway two weeks ago has had a miscarriage, her fiance said Friday.

It’s unknown at this time whether Quinton “sideswiping” the woman is the definite reason for the miscarriage, but according to the article, it looks like there’s a good chance that it is.

Griggs was unavailable for comment Friday. Her fiance, Bill Krebs, said doctors were immediately concerned when they noticed a significant loss of fluid in Griggs’ womb after the accident. Days before the crash, the couple had visited the doctor for an ultrasound, and Griggs was told she “had enough fluid for three babies,” Krebs said. She was pregnant with a boy.

Yeah, not good. It appears that the prosecutor’s office is still collecting evidence and medical information. Once they are finished, they will file the appropriate charges against Jackson if they deem they are warranted. Ms. Griggs has also retained legal counsel, although they have yet to take legal action against Jackson. It is unclear if they have any intentions of doing so.
