Kimbo Slice On The Dan Le Batard Radio Show; Antonio Silva To Sengoku?

Kimbo Slice On The Dan Le Batard Show

Kimbo Slice was a guest today on The Dan Le Batard Show on 790 The Ticket in his first interview since his loss to Seth Petruzelli on CBS. Obviously, quite a bit has happened since then, so it’s interesting to see what Kimbo’s up to and what his take is on the whole situation. Bloody Elbow reader Discman 2 did a great recap of the interview if you don’t have time to listen. I will throw this quote out there though.

I haven’t mentioned to anybody. I’m thinking about boxing. Boxing is wide open right now. Hell yeah, I’m a fighter, I do it all.

In other EliteXC aftermath news, it appears Antonio Silva is considering saying the hell with his steroid suspension and his ProElite contract to go fight for Sengoku on Jan. 4. Vitor Belfort got away with skipping out on his steroid suspension, but he didn’t have a contract to honor as well. I fear Silva may be making the situation worse for himself.

It will be interesting to see how many times he gets KTFO before he retires and judging from his last fight it shouldn’t take too long to find out. My guess the world of boxing will take his glass jaw chew it up and spit it out but who knows he might have have a better chance with the boxing gloves.
