Here’s the first episode of Andrei Arlovski’s “24/7″ style documentary leading up to his fight against Fedor Emelianenko. I’m not gonna lie, this is pretty sweet. The episodes could be a little longer and the audio and video got way out of sync about halfway through (could be my computer), but overall it’s very effective. Plus, the narrator sounds exactly like Morgan Freeman, which I thought was a nice touch.
Now if only Fedor was doing the same thing…wait a second…he is!

This is a very cool idea – and series. Wish more fighters would do this more often. Aside from scouring youtube, I can’t always find enough MMA videos to feed my MMA content addiction. Thanks to Andrea and MMA Convert for covering the sport!
