Affliction keeps clawing their way into the news and stays relevant, don't they? I guess it's good news that they were able to obtain their promotors license, and really, who I am to care if they lose money? More mixed martial arts is a good thing and they have put on some quality fights, and can probably continue to do so until their bank account dries up.

Bad move picking July, I agree. I get the feeling that they might not have even considered that UFC 100 is being held that month. To me, the difference between the UFC scheduling shows and Affliction scheduling shows is quite obvious. The UFC schedules shows to ensure that Affliction loses viewers, while Affliction has the mindset that their cards are good enough no matter when they are and that they will not be bullied by the UFC.

Note to Affliction: When the nerdy kid keeps getting beaten up by the bullies on the corner on his way to school, he finally learns and finds a new route to reach his destination.

Note 2 to Affliction: You're the nerdy kid.
