The WEC 40 weigh-ins took place earlier today at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.

All fighters made weight with the exception of Mike Budnik who came in three pounds heavy.

The weigh-in results:

• Dominick Cruz (135) vs. Ivan Lopez (134.5)
• Wagnney Fabiano (146) vs. Fredson Paixao (144)
• Eddie Wineland (135) vs. Rani Yahya (136)
• Akitoshi Tamura (135.5) vs. Manny Tapia (135.5)
• Mike Budnik (149) vs. Rafael Dias (145)

Fighters in non-title fights are allowed to weigh in one pound over the weight class limit.

WEC 40 will take place tomorrow, April 5, at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago, Illinois and will air live on Versus at 9PM ET.
