Rampage’s ‘Delirium’ Gets Him Sued

Rampage MugshotNo matter how much Rampage Jackson would like to forget his “delirium” fueled hit-and-run/police chase escapade from last summer, it looks like it just won’t let him.

You probably remember one of the cars he hit had a pregnant woman, Holli Griggs, behind the wheel. Not too long after she had a miscarriage, and eyes immediately shifted to Rampage for responsibility. However, a subsequent investigation determined the miscarriage was unrelated to the accident and Jackson was never charged. Ms. Griggs is suing him anyway.

Holli Griggs filed a lawsuit against Rampage in Orange County, California — claiming he repeatedly rammed into her car “so he could escape and flee the scene (hit and run).” Griggs says “the impact of her abdomen with the steering wheel caused her amniotic fluid membranes (bag of waters) to rupture, ultimately resulting in the stillbirth of her baby.”…claiming Rampage owes her more than $25k for property damage, personal injury and emotional distress.

The solution for this one should be pretty simple. Assuming the UFC still “has his back,” Rampage can kick it over to the Zuffa legal team who will have her tied up in endless motions and other legal crap for so long she’ll have spent double what she’s asking for in attorney’s fees and court costs before it ever comes any sort of resolution.
