Shawn Tompkins says expect to see a completely different Mark Coleman at UFC 100. It’s his first real training camp in forever, and Xtreme Couture’s strength & conditioning coach has been pushing him hard. Tompkins also said that Vitor Belfort has been training with Lyoto Machida for the Jorge Santiago fight.
