Did Tito And Dana Make Up? (Update: They Did)

Tito Ortiz & Dana White

“I’m 100% sure I’ll fight before this year is over…still waiting on Strikeforce…UFC and Affliction are not out o the picture. I’m make the best business decision for myself. I had a conversation with Dana last week. I wanted to be a man and squash things between me and him(dana). It’s great because Dana showed what type of person he is by apologizing to me and vice versa.”

—Tito Ortiz telling Tapout Radio, via, that he and Dana White have made amends

You can never can tell with Tito what’s true and what isn’t, so I can’t help but wonder if Tito and Dana really did settle their differences or if Tito’s just trying to save face for when in case he re-signs with the UFC? I’d like to hear what Dana says about this. Hopefully, they did though. This story got old a long time ago.

Update: Dana White confirmed that he and Tito have indeed made up, but it doesn’t necessarily mean Tito’s returning to the UFC at least according to Dana. From Dana’s Twitter feed.

Yes tito and I made up.

Doesn’t mean he’s back it means we aren’t smashing each other anymore and we don’t hate each other.

Aww, how sweet. It’s about freakin’ time. Now about that return to the Octagon. Tito says it’s coming.

yeah, me and @danawhiteufc made up. I’m expecting to be inside the Octagon again soon. thanks for the support guys – I appreciate it
