Fedor is not afraid to fight in the UFC. Fedor is contractually obligated to fight for M-1. Even if he fired them as his managers, he would still be contractually bound to fight for them. That’s why they have to co-promote any event in which he fights. Fedor never signed a contract with Affliction – M-1 signed a deal to copromote an event featuring Fedor, satisfying an obligation under his fight contract with M-1.
Supposedly there are only 3 fights left on his M-1 contract . . . concidentally 3 fights for Strikeforce . . . don’t be surprised if, a year from now, out of the blue Fedor signs with the UFC.
and what did Cock Lesnar for great stuff to be the pound for pound fighter. Brett was a good match for Fedor and he could take Brock right after that fight… Strike Force wants good fights. UFC is a circus. UFC takes a WWE fag to hype the bussiness.
Fighters like Arlovski, Tim Silvia look like shit outside UFC and Barnett was juicing all the way. And UFC brings fighters in that are to old (Couture), pussies (Heath Herring) or who have passed their primes (CroCop). It’s no miracle that they let their asses raped by Dana White. The only division that is allright is light heavyweight.
Can someone lock Dana and Fedor in a room until they strike a deal? These 2 couldn’t organise a shag in a brothell full of $2 hookers. Nothing ever eventuated between Couture and Fedor (when Couture was actually in form) and now nothing is going to come out of Lesnar and Fedor. Much like Rickson Gracie, Fedor will come and go undefeated without tasting a real challenge. Pesonally I think both Lesnar and Mir would pose interesting problems for Fedor, but we’ll never know!!!
