Strikeforce Inks Knockout Artist Marius Zaromskis

Strikeforce added another star waiting to happen to their roster today. DREAM Welterweight Grand Prix Champion and head kick KO artist Marius Zaromskis has signed with the organization and could make his debut on Strikeforce’s Dec. 19 show.

Dream welterweight champion Marius Zaromskis has come to terms on a multi-fight contract with Strikeforce, according to officials within the promotion.

An emerging superstar at 170 pounds, the 29-year-old Lithuanian could make his promotional debut on Dec. 19 at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif. Zaromskis will still compete inside the Japan-based Dream organization, which has formed an alliance with Strikeforce.

If Nick Diaz isn’t going to fight Jay Hieron for the Strikeforce welterweight title, Zaromskis would certainly make for a suitable replacement. If you aren’t familiar with Zaromskis definitely check out the highlight video above and his DREAM.12 fight against Myeon Ho Bae below. The dude’s a freakin’ 11 on the holy-shit-did-you-see-that scale.
