Tito Ortiz is out of the woods. The Orange County District attorney’s office has decided not to file charges against Tito for the alleged domestic violence incident involving his longtime girlfriend Jenna Jameson on April 26.
The Orange County District Attorney’s office on Thursday confirmed to MMAWeekly.com that no charges would be filed against the former UFC light heavyweight champion. TMZ.com first reported the D.A.’s decision.
“We declined to file charges based on insufficient corroboration to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt,” Orange County D.A. spokesperson Farrah Emami told MMAWeekly.com.
In other words, Jenna Jameson kept changing her story.

Update: This probably goes without saying, but Dana White has confirmed that the UFC will not be releasing Tito or punishing him in any way for the incident. Dana expects Tito back in the Octagon in October or November.
“I’m cool with Tito … he’s still on our roster now … we’ll be looking to get him in the ring in October or November.”
