Brett Rogers Claims Innocence In Domestic Violence Case

It’s been several weeks since Brett Rogers was arrested on multiple counts of domestic violence for allegedly beating up his wife in late June. Rogers still hasn’t given his side of the story in the case, however his attorneys at Mohammad and Jaafar Mohammad, LLC have issued a statement “asserting his innocence in the matter.”

“Mr. Rogers asserts his innocence in this matter, and is confident that the facts of what happened will vindicate his assertion of innocence,” the statement read.

“Mr. Rogers has never been charged with any domestic related incidents or assault offenses. He is a caring and loving husband and father that has recently found success as a heavyweight mixed martial arts fighter. We urge all media and interested individuals to withhold judgment as to what occurred during this incident.”

MMA Junkie has confirmed that Rogers has since been bailed out of jail and has his next court hearing scheduled for July 25.
