Warrior is shaping up to be the best mixed martial arts movie ever made. That’s not really saying much considering the crap Hollywood has delivered us so far, but by all accounts, Warrior is actually a really good movie. Jim thought so and so does LionsGate, one of the production companies behind the movie. So much so in fact, they’re actually making a push to get it multiple Oscar nominations. That doesn’t mean it will, but the sheer fact that a MMA movie and Oscar was muttered in the same sentence is pretty remarkable.
