‘Not True’ Says Dana White In Regards To Reports Of Anderson Silva’s Exit From UFC 148

UFC president Dana White has had a long week in regards to re-scheduling fights with a rash of injuries hitting several UFC superstars.

One, however, was quick to spark a jump on social media and MMA forums, and that was UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva.

Previously, Silva had denied a report that a knee injury would keep him from facing Chael Sonnen in July at UFC 148. More rumors came about on Thursday concerning the injury, and White put them to bed via his Twitter account.

So, it seems we still have the “biggest rematch in MMA history” set to take place next month.

Even Garcia vs KZ was epic – that first match was insane and a twister in the second. Just sick!

Chael is all talk because all he showed me is that even if you wrestle anderson to the bitter end you will end up with a bloody face and a loss none the less.

With more viewers to the sport now I think the rematch between Sonnen/Silva will be tops. The other fights were certainly there, but with Silva’s dominance getting dominated by Sonnen, this peaks a lot of interest….
