Retirement Over, Matt Hamill To Return At UFC 152

Matt Hamill has had enough of retirement.

Hamill, who announced the end of his fighting career after a loss to Alexander Gustafsson last year, has decided to return to the UFC, according to a report by MMAjunkie.com.

Hamill will face Roger Hollett at UFC 152 in September. The placement of the fight is currently unknown.

“The Hammer” is 10-4 in his MMA career, including a 9-4 mark inside the Octagon. He was defeated by both Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Gustafsson in 2011.

Hollett (13-3) is set to make his UFC debut. He is a former Bellator fighter, and signed a four-fight deal upon entrance into the UFC.

This guys dumb for staying at 205. If hes at 185 he`ll have a slight chance but in that weight decision he may as well stay in retirement.
