UFC Releases Official Numbers For UFC On Fox: Shogun Vs. Vera

While no one expected UFC on Fox: Shogun vs. Vera to topple the 2012 Summer Olympics, the card was able to hold its own in terms of previous Fox-televised ratings.

The UFC officially released the numbers for the event, which featured Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Lyoto Machida earning stoppage victories in the top two bouts. All four televised fights ended early.

All total, the show drew 2.44 million viewers, a slightly-larger number than May’s event which drew 2.42 million. It was also the highest ranked program other than the Olympics in the key 18-34-year-old male demographics.

The show had 3.3 million viewers during the 10 p.m. ET hour and had 25- and 55-percent increases in Los Angeles and New York.

Why is steven in the fucking picture.

He is such a douche bag, he will take credit for the win – pretty sure Anderson and Machida knew how to punch and kick before he showed up. If they stop terrorists and Gary Busey from taking over a battle ship then he deserves some credit
