Resurrection Fighting Alliance, a mixed martial arts promotion based out of Nebraska, has added long-time manager Ed Soares.

Soares, who guides such notables as UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, was named president of the company on Tuesday.

Soares will remain in his role leading Silva, Lyoto Machida and several others as their manager.

The RFA is set to put on another show later this fall. Such fighters as UFC veterans Tyson Griffin, Jens Pulver an Joe Stevenson are on the active roster, along with rising stars like Lance Palmer, Sergio Pettis and Steve Mocco.
