It Appears As Though Luke Rockhold Will Be Back In The Cage Sooner Than Expected

Strikeforce middleweight champion Luke Rockhold is a perfect 2-0 since earning the belt by defeating Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza.

Rockhold, who has toppled Keith Jardine and Tim Kennedy, appears on his way to a return to action sooner rather than later, as he posted on Twitter Sunday that training camp begins on Monday.

Rockhold is likely set to face Souza, who earned a convincing knockout victory over Derek Brunson earlier this month.

    He almost sounds excited, I wonder if that means he’ll be fighting in the UFC? I doubt he’d be excited for a rematch with Souza, and there really isn’t anyone else at 185 in SF that can challenge him. Unless Marquart is gonna move back up to 185 and fight for that belt too.
