The end has come for Shane Roller.
The veteran fighter has announced his retirement from MMA via Twitter. Roller (11-7) lost by submission to Jacob Volkmann recently at UFC on FX: Browne vs. Bigfoot.
Looks like I’m hanging up the gloves for good. It was fun, but time to move on. Sux that it ended like that. Now startn the next chapter!!

During his career, Roller faced such notables as Benson Henderson, Anthony Pettis and Melvin Guillard. He started his career winning 10 of his first 13 fights, but finished going 1-4.
