If yall have ever listened to da Joe Rogan Experience Podcast (if not what are you waiting for check it out) than you’d notice some of the things Mayhem Miller talked about in previous podcasts with Joe being portrayed in this movie Here comes the Boom. So in a way yes Miller did write some of the movie cuz they used his stories of previous fights in smaller regional shows. Like a fight he talked about against Chael Sonnen were the mat of the ring broke and there was a hole in the mat so the ref just said nobody go over there and keep away from there. Mayhem said it was like a gentlemens agreement to not go over there during their fight. Also another thing they took from Mayhem’s stories was the outside event of King of the Cage were it was raining outside and the fighters still fought and everytime someone would throw a kick they fell on their butts and that was shown in the trailer of this movie aswell as the hole in the mat when Kevin James took someone down. I observed this and came to the conclusion that Kevin James & Adam Sandler listened to Mayhem and used some of his stories of his fighting career so he did help write this movie and make it funny & real.
