Carlos Condit is down for a rematch with Rory MacDonald, assuming that is what the UFC wants.
Condit’s manager, Malki Kawa, recently told MMAWeekly.com that his client would accept a second bout with MacDonald.
Carlos Condit doesn’t back down from any man. If the UFC asks us to fight Rory MacDonald, Carlos will take the fight.
MacDonald made a stern request following his win over BJ Penn, demanding that Condit accept a rematch with him. The Canadian pointed to March as a perfect time for the two to lock horns again.
Back in 2010, MacDonald was ahead on the scorecards when Condit got the bout to the ground and finished it with seven seconds left. The loss was – and remains – the lone one in MacDonald’s career.
Condit is coming off a defeat vs. MacDonald’s Tristar Gym teammate, Georges St-Pierre.
