Jon Jones Will Be An Interested Observer In AFC Title Game This Sunday

The AFC championship game will feature a pair of brothers, as Arthur Jones is a member of the Baltimore Ravens, and Chandler Jones plays for the New England Patriots.

Why is this of any concern to MMA fans? Well, they are both brothers to UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones.

“I’m so happy for my brothers and I’m excited to see the game this weekend,” said Jones, in an interview with ESPN. “I know they both want to play in the Super Bowl, so I expect them to play the best games of their lives. I’m proud of Arthur and Chandler.

Arthur is the older of the three, followed by Jon. Chandler is a rookie with the Patriots, and was drafted in the first round.

As for his fighting future, Jones is booked to meet Chael Sonnen in April. He will also appear opposite Sonnen on the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter beginning January 22.
