Bellator 87 Results: Four Fighters Advance In Lightweight Tournament

David Rickels, Will Brooks, Saad Awad and Alexander Sarnavskiy all earned spots in the semifinals of the season eight Bellator lightweight tournament Thursday night at Bellator 87.

Rickels scored a hard-fought decision victory over Lloyd Woodard in the main event.

The card lost original main event competitor, Patricky Freire, on Wednesday due to a knee injury. Awad stepped in and stopped Guillaume DeLorenzi in the first round to move on.
