Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson: ‘The UFC Didn’t Treat Me Right’

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson used the fine folks at TMZ to help state his case as to why he wants to leave the UFC.

Jackson recently completed his contract with the promotion, has made it known he plans to look into other organizations. Jackson is currently on a three-fight losing skid, including a recent decision loss to Glover Teixeira.

“I didn’t retire from MMA,” Jackson stated. “But as of now….I’ve left the UFC.”

While Jackson continues to claim the UFC did not treat him properly, UFC president Dana White stated that the fighter made over $15 million during his recent run.

“The UFC didn’t treat me right,” Jackson continued. “I don’t like the way I was treated there.”

Jackson, who was cast in the remake of “The A-Team,” mentioned a possible dip into boxing in the coming months.
