Paul Daley signed with Bellator MMA last year, but has yet to return to the U.S. and compete for the promotion because of legal issues.
Well, in the meantime, Daley has been trying to secure fights in areas of the world where he can compete. The trouble, though, comes when Bellator steps in and tells him who he can – and cannot – fight, which recently caused “Semtex” to blow up on Facebook.
“Just got word Bellator have refused to allow me to fight yet another opponent!!! It’s becoming really frustrating that even though they are not my managers, they can approve my fights.”
Daley was released from the UFC back in 2010 after sucker-punching Josh Koscheck after the bell. He signed with Strikeforce, but asked out of his deal to compete more often.
Since 2011, Daley has fought nine times, including three straight wins, improving his career record to 32-12-2.
