Carlos Condit is viewed as a contender to the UFC welterweight title despite being just 1-2 in his last three.
Recently, Condit improved to 29-7 in his career with a TKO victory over Martin Kampmann.
So, while the title is currently locked up for later this year, is there a fighter “The Natural Born Killer” wouldn’t mind seeing across from him inside the Octagon?
Yep, and his name is Matt Brown.
“I’d like that fight,” said Condit, during a recent interview with MMA Junkie. “We’ll have to see what happens. He’s been on a tear and it’d be really exciting for the fans.”
Brown (18-11) has won five straight to go from after-thought to on the cusp of competing for the UFC welterweight title; a belt Condit held on an interim basis.
