Tito Ortiz At “90 Percent” Recovered From Neck Injury

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz sent out a message via Twitter that he is on the fast track to recovery from a serious neck injury.

Ortiz was scheduled to face Quinton “Rampage” Jackson in early November on Bellator’s expected first pay-per-view card. He suffered a right C6 pillar fracture and risked doing permanent damage by continuing with the fight.

Both Ortiz and Bellator have expressed interest in scheduling him for a fight in 2014.
