Yoel Romero was recently featured on “Ultimate Insider,” where the UFC on FOX 11 fighter discussed his path to the Octagon.
Romero will face Brad Tavares in a middleweight scrap later this month in Orlando. The bout opens the FOX-televised main card on April 19.
The 36-year-old Romero (7-1) won silver at the 2000 Summer Olympics representing Cuba in freestyle wrestling. He is on a three-fight win streak since signing with the UFC in 2013, including all three victories via finish.
