Chris Weidman Shows Off His Rehab Work In Latest Update

Eight days removed from surgery on both of his knees, UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman is able to work the heavy bag in his gym.

Weidman, who is scheduled to meet Lyoto Machida at UFC 175 in July, appears to be progressing fine from the operation which was used to clean up issues with his ligaments.
