Flyweights Ali Bagautinov and Ian McCall have engaged in a war of words through Twitter, with the former No. 1 contender asking for his suspension to be shortened to face “Uncle Creepy.”
Bagautinov was suspended by the British Columbia Athletic Commission for having EPO in his system following a loss to UFC champion Demetrious Johnson in Canada earlier this year. He is set to sit for the remainder of 2014 and part of 2015, as the suspension dates through June.
However, the former world combat sambo champion wants to face McCall. Below are the latest “exchanges” from the two fighters on the social media site. McCall is currently set to face John Lineker in November.
