Invicta FC, the all-female MMA promotion that airs events on UFC Fight Pass, announced the signing of unbeaten bantamweight Pannie Kianzad to a contract recently.
“Banzai” sports a perfect 7-0 record and is expected to debut later this year.
The 23-year-old was born in Iran, but grew up in Sweden. Kianzad started her career as an amateur boxer before moving to MMA and turning pro in 2012.
Most recently, Kianzad earned a victory over Eeva Siiskonen to claim the Cage Warriors bantamweight title. She’s also bested the likes of Milana Dudieva and Annalisa Buccia.
