UFC Fight Night 76: Nine In A Row For Tom Breese

ufc fight night 76

Tom Breese kept his record perfect with a dominating performance vs. Cathal Pendred Saturday at UFC Fight Night 76.

Competing in front of thousands of Irish fighters, Breese showed his English strength, finishing Pendred inside of the first round.

“This is the biggest win of my career,” said Breese, who is now 9-0 overall and 2-0 with the UFC. “I have huge respect for Cathal. He is a warrior.”

Breese is now training at the Tristar Gym in Canada alongside the likes of Rory MacDonald and former UFC champion Georges St-Pierre. Firas Zahabi, the head trainer at the gym, was in Breese’s corner.

“Training with Rory and GSP is helping me take my game to another level,” he said. “They are the elite.”

Up next for Breese is a hopeful slot on the London February UFC event that is planned for 2016.
