The UFC is looking at holding three events in Brazil this coming year, according to a report by MMAjunkie.
UFC Fight Night 100 went down recently from Sao Paulo, Brazil. No dates were confirmed, but March 11 is expected to be the first of the three in 2017.
“We’re committed to this market,” UFC executive Joe Carr said. “Brazil is still the most important country outside the U.S. for the UFC. The new ownership is focused on this market, as well.”
Two years ago, the UFC held seven events in the country, a number they matched in 2013, as well.
