UFC 218: Ngannou Takes On Overeem In Detroit

Former Strikeforce champion Alistair Overeem will try to stop the run of Francis Ngannou this December when they square off at UFC 218.

Set for December 2 from the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, the card does not have a main event yet.

Overeem (43-15) has won two straight since a loss to Stipe Miocic for the title last year. That includes a July decision vs. Fabricio Werdum.

Ngannou (10-1) is unbeaten over five UFC fights, finishing Andrei Arlovski in January.
