Despite strong rumors that the UFC would be invading Canada one more time before the end of the year, Dana White confirmed earlier today that it’s not going to happen. White did, however, confirm the UFC’s upcoming event schedule and clear up a few of the fight rumors that have been circulating.

Fedor Emelianenko and his management spoke with several media outlets during his trip to Los Angeles, which included a lengthy meeting with Randy Couture. Here’s a few quotes.

UFC 87: Seek & Destroy took place this evening at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Georges St. Pierre looked to successfully defend his UFC welterweight title for the first time. His opponent, Jon Fitch, not only attempted to pull off the upset, he also tried to record his ninth straight UFC victory to break Royce Gracie’s record of eight.
Brock Lesnar, in front of his hometown crowd, went out to prove he was the real deal against the highly experienced Heath Herring.
Kenny Florian and Roger Huerta battled it out to possibly determine who will get next crack at BJ Penn’s lightweight title.
