UFC 87: Seek & Destroy took place this evening at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Georges St. Pierre looked to successfully defend his UFC welterweight title for the first time. His opponent, Jon Fitch, not only attempted to pull off the upset, he also tried to record his ninth straight UFC victory to break Royce Gracie’s record of eight.
Brock Lesnar, in front of his hometown crowd, went out to prove he was the real deal against the highly experienced Heath Herring.
Kenny Florian and Roger Huerta battled it out to possibly determine who will get next crack at BJ Penn’s lightweight title.

The UFC 87 weigh-ins took place today in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the Target Center.
The weigh-ins went off without a hitch. All fighters made weight. The highlight of the weigh-ins was Joe Rogan calling Luke Cummo vs Tamdan McCrory, “The Battle of the Nerds.” Brock Lesnar was obviously huge. Heath Herring looked like he’s in the best shape of his life. That should be a good one.
The weigh-in results:
Fighters in non-title fights are allowed to weigh in one pound over the weight class limit, although no one needed it this time.

Minus (-) = favorite | Plus (+) = underdog
With a line of -150 & +150, you would have to wager $150 to win $100 if you’re picking the favorite. You would win $150 for every $100 if you bet on the underdog assuming he won.
If that has you baffled or you don’t feel like doing the math, BetUS has a new MMA betting calculator that I highly recommend you use so you don’t have to pull out that old dusty TI-2000 hiding in your drawer.
