The UFC 121 weigh-ins took place this afternoon outside the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

As usual, Tom Lawlor paid homage to the early days of the UFC by impersonating one of its former competitors. This time it was Art Jimmerson, the boxer who infamously wore one boxing glove into the cage against Royce Gracie at UFC 1. Moments later, Tito Ortiz walked onto the stage wearing a t-shirt reminiscent of the one he wore at UFC 84 that read “Dana is my bitch!” This time however, it said “Dana is my hero!” Jake Shields looked intense, although not quite as intense as Diego Sanchez, like anyone ever is. Brock Lesnar, as always, looked like a monster. Wrap him in a giant bear skin, put a sword and a shield in his hands, and one of those horned helmets on his head and he would literally like a Nordic Viking. He had 20 lbs. on Cain Velasquez at the weigh-ins. It will probably be more like 25 lbs. at fight time. Cain definitely has hit work cut out for him tomorrow.

This post will be updated with pics and video later this evening.
