It’s been awhile since we’ve heard from Rampage Jackson. He was off promoting the A-Team movie for much of the summer after his loss to Rashad Evans at UFC 114. It may have given him a break from the MMA scene, but it doesn’t sound like he’s too excited to be back for his fight against Lyoto Machida at UFC 123. In this video interview, Rampage tells FIGHT! Magazine he’s been fighting for so long now, he sees it “strictly as an occupation” and he’s “like numb to everything” now. He says he loves the fans, but he’s tired of doing all the media work that comes along with being a fighter, and he’s not in the mindset right now to go chasing after a title. In other words, think long and hard before you throw down any cash on Rampage next month.
