“Yeah, let’s do it. I got nothing else better to do. Either that or go hang out at the beach, so let’s go. Let’s go get another belt… I’m just kinda taking it in stride. I’m just going to go down to Australia and fight Jon Fitch at 170, and after that, if Dana White has something interesting for me at 170 I’ll take it, or if he’s got something nice at 155, I’ll take that too. I just want to fight as much as I can, stay busy, and, not that I’m going to quit anytime soon, but just finish my career trying to fight the best people possible.”

—BJ Penn telling MMA Fight Corner Radio, via Five Knuckles, that he’s up for making another run at a title

It’s highly unlikely that BJ Penn win another UFC championship as long as Georges St. Pierre and Frankie Edgar sit at the top of their respective divisions. The welterweight division could get awfully interesting later this year though if GSP makes a permanent move to middleweight for an Anderson Silva super fight. I could see Penn making it to the top of a division that includes Jake Shields, Jon Fitch, Thiago Alves, Josh Koscheck, Dan Hardy among others.
