Fedor Emelianenko and Dan Henderson are beginning to get their supporting cast for their heavyweight “super fight” on July 30 as Strikeforce officials announced two more fights for the “Fedor vs. Henderson” card today.

First up, a women’s welterweight title fight between champion Marloes Coenen and top contender Miesha Tate has been rebooked for the card. The ladies were supposed to meet back in March at Strikeforce “Feijao vs. Henderson”, but Tate suffered a last minute injury that forced her out of the fight. Coenen took on Liz Carmouche instead and came close to losing her belt in the early rounds, but weathered the storm and pulled off a triangle choke in the fourth round to retain her title.

In another featured bout on the card, King Mo Lawal returns to action against Roger Gracie in a light heavyweight bout. King Mo has been uncharacteristically quiet since he lost his light heavyweight title to Rafael Feijao last August, but that will surely change as the July date approaches. Meanwhile, Gracie is coming off a win against Trevor Prangley this past January and will look for his fifth straight victory on his unblemished record against King Mo.

A Strikeforce middleweight title fight between Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza was also announced for the card, but MMA Junkie is reporting that it was a mistake. The fight is still expected to happen, but not in July.
