Nope, it has nothing to do with MMA other than it’s told on Joe Rogan’s podcast, but the story Bert “The Machine” Kriescher tells about his time spent partying with the Russian mob during his college years is priceless. The Machine, as the mob named him, is said to be the inspiration for the movie character Van Wilder played by Ryan Reynolds. It’s must listen if you like good stories. Props to Fight Passport for the tip.
