You may remember how a little feud erupted between Frank Shamrock, Dana White and Mike Swick late last year when Shamrock decided to start an anti-bullying campaign after Dana allegedly “cyber-bullied” him. Swick chimed in completely dumbfounded, basically saying the whole thing reeked of hypocrisy since Shamrock was the “biggest bully” in the gym when they trained together at AKA. Well, that was really the last we heard of it… until last night.

A fan who probably had no clue what he was about to start asked Shamrock on Twitter (where else?) to name the one opponent who could bring him out of retirement. Frank’s answer? Dana White. And it all snowballed from there.

It’s all pretty silly if you ask me, but if you want to know more about how all this started, SB Nation’s Jonathan Snowden has an in-depth look at the history between these three men.
