Another week, another episode of The Ultimate Fighter: Live.

And, for the second consecutive Friday, we have two live fights. Vinc Pichel will take on Chris Saunders, while Andy Ogle faces Al Iaquinta in the two final quarterfinal round bouts.

This episode will also see the reveal of Urijah Faber’s opponent with the injury to UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz.

After quick montages recapping the training week of both Saunders and Pichel, we break right into the fight between the two.

Pichel jumps out quick, but Saunders nails a head kick to take back the momentum. The two tangle, but Saunders take the advantage. They both go back to the feet, but Pichel tries for another takedown, but is unable to secure it. Saunders shoots for a takedown, but is also unsuccessful.

Round two with leg kicks by Saunders that eventually leads to a takedown courtesy of Pichel. Saunders fights back to his feet and locks in a guillotine, but releases the hold. The two exchange, though it is not pretty by any means. Pichel with another takedown, but Saunders reverses once again. Pichel lands a serious of shots as the round comes to an end.

The second fight of the night will place Team Faber fighter vs. Team Faber fight. We get mini-interviews with both Iaquinta and Ogle, leading up to the bout.

Iaquinta starts with a big right that connects on Ogle. However, Ogle continues to fire back, as does Iaquinta, who is getting the better of the stand-up game. Iaquinta with a head-kick, and an uppercut that causes Ogle to begin reeling. Iaquinta hits with a straight right, and Ogle goes down after another. Ogle fights back, and Iaquinta takes it to the feet. However, an elbow by Iaquinta sends Ogle down once again, and this one is over.

The semifinals are announced, with Michael Chiesa facing James Vick and Pichel going up against Iaquinta. Both semifinals will take place next week, with the finale set for June 1.
