Joseph Benavidez doesn’t really care who wins Friday night’s Ian McCall-Demetrious Johnson UFC flyweight tournament semifinal rematch at UFC on FX: McCall vs. Johnson.

After having the first bout between the two ruled a draw due to a scoring error, Benavidez has been forced to wait on the sidelines to compete for the UFC belt. Hopefully, barring another issue, the Team Alpha Male fighter will know his opponent.

“It’s a toss-up, like the last fight,” said Benavidez, while appearing on UFC Tonight recently. “They are both the best in the world, so that’s why what happens is going to be a toss-up. I don’t want there to be any questions when I go in and fight for the title and win.”

Benavidez added that it has been frustrating waiting for his title-shot, but saying “I just have to keep my eye on the prize.”
