The Nevada Athletic Commission tested all 22 fighters who took part in the UFC 148: Silva vs. Sonnen II event recently. All 22 passed their drug tests for performance enhancing drugs and recreational drugs.
Nevada Athletic Commission executive director Keith Kizer confirmed the results of the tests in an email with MMAjunkie.com.
It was also confirmed that Chael Sonnen, who competed in the main event against Anderson Silva, was granted his TRT exemption.
The commission is starting to take a forward stance in trying to keep drugs out of MMA, and by testing all the fighters on the card is a step in that direction.
