UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo will meet Erik Koch at UFC 153 on October 13, the UFC confirmed on Thursday.

The bout has been long-rumored for the UFC’s return to Brazil, seeing as Aldo defended his belt in the country earlier this year.

A minor thigh injury caused the postponement from this Saturday night’s UFC 149 card, as Aldo did not feel prepared to fight. Instead of competing in Canada, he will get to meet Koch in front of his Brazilian fans.

Aldo (21-1) has defended his UFC title three times since entering from the WEC, while Koch (13-1) has won both his UFC fights.

The only other fight announced for the card is a light heavyweight battle between Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Glover Teixeira.
