Dan Henderson is no young pup in the MMA game.

Henderson, a former Pride champion, has been inside the cage with some of the biggest name this sport has to offer.

In September, Henderson will seek his first UFC title when he takes on Jon Jones at UFC 151 for the UFC light heavyweight title.

Saturday night, “Hendo” stopped by the post-fight show on FUEL TV to discuss his upcoming encounter with “Bones” from Las Vegas.

It is definitely a big fight, but it seems like all my last few were big. I am not training any differently. I gave myself a few extra weeks to train, but, tactically this one is a little different because it’s a little longer. I feel good right now.

Henderson defeated former UFC 205-pound champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua in 2011 to secure his status as the top contender. He has waited to cash in his opportunity until now.
