UFC officials confirmed three fights for the October 5 UFC on FX: Browne vs. Bigfoot event. The card takes place inside the Target Center in Minneapolis.

An injury to Louis Gaudinot has opened the door for newcomer Phil Harris, as he steps in to face Darren Uyenoyama in a flyweight contest.

Harris (21-9-1) recently signed his UFC contract and enters on a five-fight win streak, while Uyenoyama (7-3) won his UFC debut over Kid Yamamoto last year. This will be his flyweight debut.

Welterweights Mike Pierce (14-5) and Aaron Simpson (12-3), along with lightweights Yves Edwards (41-18-1) vs. Jeremy Stephens (20-8) have also been made officials after rumors of the fights were brought about weeks ago.

UFC on FX: Browne vs. Bigfoot will feature heavyweights Travis Browne and Antonio Silva doing battle in the main event.
