Frankie Edgar is a company man through and through.

Edgar, who was expected to make his UFC featherweight debut later this year vs. Jose Aldo for the title, is willing to face anyone the UFC has in mind, according to his manager.

“If the UFC wants Frankie to fight anybody, he’ll fight anybody,” said Ali Abdel-Aziz, in an interview with “It doesn’t matter. If they want him to fight on (the October card), he’ll fight on the card. If they want him to wait, he’ll wait.”

It was announced on Tuesday that Aldo suffered more severe injuries than originally believed in an auto accident earlier this month, and will not be able to make the planned date for Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
