UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson made history in 2012.

Beginning in 2013, “Mighty Mouse” wants to accomplish even more.

After becoming the first-ever UFC 125-pound champion by defeating Joseph Benavidez, Johnson has his eyes geared towards making even bigger leaps as a champ.

“There’s still a lot I can accomplish in the flyweight division, and life is all about living it and having fun,” said Johnson, during a recent interview with UFC.com.

Johnson’s first title defense will come against former Ultimate Fighter winner John Dodson. For the champion, Dodson is just another mark to check off his list of challengers.

“I’m the hunter and I’m chasing after those guys,” Johnson said. “I was looking at the UFC roster and I saw that there were 14 guys. I got two down. I’ve got 11 to go.”

Johnson was referencing the division, including his tourney victories over Benavidez and Ian McCall.
